and then checkout with your shopping basket in the top right hand corner. Follow the prompts to complete your order
Please send us an email or Whatsapp message as soon as possible and we will cancel your order. We will refund you or give you a store credit.
Products may be returned when defective, damaged or if the product supplied is not the same product as what you ordered. Please report this to us as within 48 hours after delivery and return it to us within a period of ten (10) days of delivery. Once the products have been approved for return, we will arrange for collection. Please package it carefully so that they don’t become damaged en route.
We accept payment through Payfast as well as EFT payments. Proof of payment for EFT's must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
You are welcome to collect your parcel from us in Broadacres. All other orders are shipped with The Courier Guy. We try get products shipped ASAP. Please let us know if you need your order by a specific date.
